The Sterling Needle B & B Rates
Our home is your home for the duration of your stay. We have two private bath rooms that sleep up to five.
The Garden Room overlooks the back yard, with a twin bed, queen bed and a private bath.

Summer Rates
June 1 th to August 31st
$125 + 6% tax per room
Fall Rates
April and May, September and October
$110 + 6% tax per room
Winter Rates
November 1st to March 31th
$85 + 6% tax per room
All rates reflect single or double occupancy.
Reservations: 50% deposit to hold room, balance due at arrival
Visa, Mastercard, accepted
Discounts for visits longer than 7 days
Cancellations: Refund if notified 30 days prior to booking
